Fully agree with Robert Korzeniowski (my sport hero) and Odeta Moro “zamarznięty gil to dobry gil!” (A frozen snot is a good snot!). I started my training story at high school, more than 20 years ago when I wanted to do sth to become an astronaut, and this is still the driver of my running activities.

For the past few weeks I try to do running early on, right after setting my son at the nursery. I moved the meetings from 9 to 10, and it seems to be a working tactic to get myself in shape again, a stress recovery which I have to do. I simply feel better with that.

The next decade starts tomorrow. With running.
